If you want a refund after the sketch, it will only be a 50%. I DO NOT accept refunds after the sketch is approved. I have the rights to cancel or deny any commission without owing an explanation. If I don't have clear references or instructions and I take artistic liberty, you do NOT have the rights to make a complaint. I will be telling you if the references are enough and asking you for details further into the commission. You have the rights to make 5 major and 10 minor changes during the SKETCH phase. You have the rights to make 2 major and 6 minor changes during the COLOR phase. You have the right to make 2 major and 4 minor changes during the FINAL phase. If I don't have an answer in 7 days, your commission will be postponed until further notice. If I don't have an answer in +14 days your commission will be CANCELED with NO REFUNDS. Always notify me BEFOREHAND if you are busy or will not have access to update me. You have the rights to ask me for frequent updates.
