Hey!! was wondering if you could design me a character mascot for art commission platform, Scratch. I need her to be very cute - light hair with pink highlights and low twintails. Kinda make the hair messyish because she's supposed kinda give "scratch". Make her main color pink and make her kinda look like an artist. I look forward to seeing her!
