Any use of GenAI (feeding my artwork to train AI, modifying my artwork with GenAI, etc) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 2. I have the right to decline a commission. 3. Commissions will be done one by one. The work duration for each begins after the previous one is finished. Kindly keep this in mind. 4. Est. working duration is 1-2 weeks. I will contact you if there's a trouble irl that delays the progress of your commission. 5. The progress will always be updated both on Trello and sent directly to you weekly via DM. 6. Artist will have full credits for the commissioned piece (except Merchandise use). The commissioned result(s) will be uploaded on my SNS as portfolio with low resolution and watermarks. 7. Private commissions won't be shown in artist's public portofolio domain and you'll be charged +100% of the original final price for this. Copyright of the artwork (not the IP) still belongs to Artist 8. In case where the client requests for the commission result not to be published until a certain date, kindly negotiate with the artist. (max 3 month) 9. Any unauthorized use of a commissioned work outside the client and artist is STRICTLY prohibited. 10. Artist does not accept any REFUND or CANCELATION after payment. DO: Original Character, Fanart, Yumeship, Couples-HL/GL/BL (any tropes), Armor (with detailed reference), Suggestive, Aged person, Vtuber. DON'T: Mecha, Furry, characters in range of age/looks from infant to toddler.
